1. Acceptance of Terms

39jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 39jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 39jili employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the Platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 39jili is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. 3.3 Account Security

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 39jili may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable identification documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, PhilHealth card, or UMID. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your 39jili account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform and are subject to change. 39jili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

All games available on the 39jili Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay terms apply across all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness and randomness.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 39jili will apply its standard malfunction policy, which may result in the voiding of the affected round and a refund of the wager placed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 39jili Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 39jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Upon termination, any balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 39jili customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms
